Just a thought to have while training!
Instead I’m looking at home videos of Disneyland.
Updated my before and now. 200lbs+ to 115lbs. I am 5’2.
Holy mackerel!
She-Hulk by Adi GranovI was watching the documentory about a photographer, and one of his subjects was the first female body builder, and all I could think to myself was ‘this woman would be awesome as She-Hulk.’
Thats my ultimate goal, to have muscles that can lift a car.
A lot of it involves Samurai Champloo soundtrack, Big Bang and for some reason Lady Gaga.

Excellent blog post here on why girls MUST lift weights.
Found this shot from my first fitness shoot! As you can see, lifting heavy weights, drinking protein shakes and eating every 2 hours, every day for months made me super manly and bulky (sarcasm).
Women do not have the levels of testosterone necessary to bulk up the way men do. As much as I’d LIKE to have bigger muscles, it’s VERY difficult and takes a long time! The women you see with huge, shredded muscles… they take steroids, train and eat massive amounts of food for YEARS to look like that! It does NOT happen by accident and it does NOT happen overnight.
Building muscle will actually make you look SMALLER. Muscle is MUCH denser than fat (smaller and more compact)… so when you change your body composition by losing fat and building muscle, you will actually appear smaller. Even though I weighed only 105 pounds in high school, I look WAY smaller now at 115 pounds!!! Remember.. TONE IS MUSCLE. It’s a LOT harder to “tone” than most girls think.
I eat clean, I lift weights and I do cardio on occasion. 80% diet, 20% training! I make sure to have a lean protein source at each meal.. I also eat a variety of veggies and healthy fats like olive oil and natural nut butters. I lift weights 5-6 days a week (splitting it up so I train different bodyparts on different days).
Get out there and chase your health and fitness goals! =)
Brother: From now on if you wanna play skyrim you have to do two pushups for every hour.
Me: What.
Brother: If you don’t do it I’ll buy you those hello kitty pajamas you hate, a pint of ice cream and make you watch romantic comedies while I go play paintball.
Me: NO.
Brother: Then do the push-ups!
Me: FINE!

We meet again, anon…
